Anju Krishna is the Head of Marketing & Sales for Beahead in India. Her team is responsible for driving product awareness, audience readiness and sales of products and solutions for clients, focusing on long-term strategic engagements with alliance partners, end-users/consumers and decision makers.
Anju brings with her over 15 years of experience in the marketing and sales domains. She has led various enterprise and consumer focused marketing efforts globally.
Before joining Beahead, she has worked with companies like: Microsoft Corporation, George P Johnson, Goto and Solutions Integrated Marketing Services.

Ghanashyam, aka Ghana, is the head of Beahead’s operations and Technology Enablement vertical. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s operations, as well as leading a team that helps clients realize the true potential of the technologies that run their businesses, and help them conduct their day-to-day life activities.
Ghana has over 10 years of experience in a variety of roles including tech evangelism, audience marketing, product management, and some serious deep-in-the-trenches coding.
Prior to joining Beahead, he has worked with HP, MphasiS and Poseidon Systems. He has also been a Certified Ambassador/Expert for Microsoft (MSA), Intel (ISI) and Google (GDE).

PRADIPTA SHARMA

Founder and CEO of Beahead Private Limited, Pradipta has over 20 years of hands-on experience leading business strategy, product management, product marketing, ecosystem evangelism, business development and sales for a diverse set of organizations worldwide.
Before starting Beahead in 2011, he worked with Microsoft for 7 years in various capacities, ranging from product and audience marketing to technology evangelism.
Pradipta started his career with Mangala Enterprises (Mumbai) & NAC (Spokane), and was later instrumental in the formation of 3 start-ups: Planet 3 Studios (Mumbai), Strider Capital (Seattle) & Drishtee (Seattle).

RAUSHAN VERMA

Noida, UP | India

Raushan is the Head of Technology and Product Development at Beahead. His responsibilities include: requirement assessment, solution envisioning, design, development, deployment, maintenance, quality control, project management, performance management, and client relationship management. He also leads the organization’s research and new product development efforts.
Raushan has over sixteen years of experience in the IT industry, including 12 years experience in leading the implementation of various successful products and solutions in Consumer, E-Commerce, Hospitality, Mining and Tourism verticals. Before joining Beahead, he had worked with R-Systems and Timeus Interactive.

VANI PRABHU

Vani leads Beahead’s offline marketing efforts. As part of her responsibilities, she is responsible for driving product awareness and audience excitement for clients, focusing on long-term strategic engagements with alliance partners, end-users/consumers and decision makers.
Vani brings with her over 10 years of experience in the marketing domain, during which time she has led various customer and partner focused marketing programs globally.
Before joining Beahead, Vani has worked with companies like: Microsoft Corporation, Network Appliance, GE Healthcare and Wipro GE. Her experience includes managing mission critical programs pertaining to customer and partner engagement.
